Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every Comfi order. If your hearing aids are not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return.

How to start a return

Email contact@comfishop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and an address.

Condition of returned items

Please return the device, charging case and accessories in their original packaging where possible. Items must be in a re-saleable condition apart from normal trial use.

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us we inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.

Faulty or damaged items

Every order includes a free 6 month warranty. If your device develops a fault, contact us and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Return postage

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we cover the cost.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
