Orders

An order is accepted once we send you a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if a pricing error occurs.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Product information

Comfi hearing aids are over-the-counter devices intended for adults with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss. They are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have sudden hearing loss, ear pain or discharge, please see a doctor.

Returns and warranty

Our Refund Policy and the free 6 month warranty form part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
